U.S. Representative to the G20 Summit India (2023). DPA Title III Advisor at Pearl Harbor (2024). Previously partnered to grow a hedge fund from $200 million to $1.6 billion. 31 years of military service including command of large-scale operations in F-4, F-16, and MQ-9 platforms.
